Rooms
A wonderful relaxing nights sleep awaits you in one of our three spacious ensuite rooms. Each of our rooms is individual furnished with your comfort in mind. All rooms have sumptuous ensuite, Hypnos Beds (made in Princes Risborough), quality bed linen, flat screen TV’s and Free WiFi.
Fresh milk and chilled filtered water is provided, along with a selection of teas, coffee and cookies.
Master Suite
Indulge in country house luxury in this sumptuous room. With a four poster king size bed this is the perfect room for a romantic getaway. The master suite has its own dressing room and the luxurious ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bath and walk in rainwater shower.
The Ercol Room
In homage to the iconic furniture manufacturers based in Princes Risborough this room features some classic Ercol pieces. The room can be configured as a twin or superking. An additional single bed can be added if required. For the bathroom we took inspiration from our trips to Morocco in our choice of tiles. This bathroom has a big egg shaped bath and a walk in rainwater shower.
The Attic Room
Tucked at the top of the house on the third floor, this room has a really cosy feel without compromising on space. Configured as a double, up to two additional single beds can be added for children, if a family room is required. The en-suite has a bath with a rainwater shower over it. The view from this room is gorgeous overlooking the farm and the vale beyond.
Breakfasts
Our breakfasts are getting rave reviews. Guests can choose between an in room breakfast or a full English in the breakfast room. The in room is a lighter option with homemade fruit compote topped with natural yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit, orange juice and tea or coffee. Our full English is all of the above plus a delicious cooked breakfast. As we have our own chickens and rear our own pork much of the produce is home grown, farm to fork.
Additional facilities
We welcome well behaved dogs and if you are walking we can provide the basics such as a dog bed and bowls. Just let us know when you book. We charge £5 per dog per night. We also have stabling for your larger four legged equine friends and we are local to a number of competition centres and excellent bridleways.
Parking is off road and we have secure storage for bikes. We also have two bicycles available for guest use. Our large guest breakfast room / lounge and walled garden are available for guests to enjoy. Private meeting space can be booked if required. You will find a selection of board games and books, even a croquet set if you want to get competitive, for your use.
On your arrival freshly filtered water and fresh milk will be put in your room to go with your generous hospitality tray. An iron and ironing board are available for guest use and we are happy to wash and dry clothes for you in our utility room. Free WiFi is throughout the house.
